Hey, new here and starting out on my weight loss journey after gaining a LOT of weight in the last couple of years, greatly exacerbated by the pandemic and forced WFH, lockdowns etc.
A bit about me: Middle aged female with a mainly sedentary lifestyle, deskbound job and little to no motivation!!
I have started a healthy eating regime so many times over the last 18 months but am determined to stick to it now after having to buy plus size jeans.
So, here I am, starting slow and steady by logging calories in MFP, significantly increasing my water intake and starting to exercise (15 - 20 mins daily on exercise bike plus a 30 min walk every other day with a view to build on that gradually week by week) which is harder than I ever thought it would be!
Have had a look at some of the inspiring and motivational posts in this sub, and hope to be sharing some positive news in the near future!!
