Eating lower than my Tdee but not losing any (or enough)?

F23, HW: 398lb, CW: 331lb, GW: 175lb

I started my weight loss journey almost 8 months ago and have lost 67lb.

At 398, my tdee was 2800 calories but I ate about 2200 calories for the first 2-3 months. I lost 8-10lb every month.

Month 4-5, I lowered tdee to 2000-1800, and lost 8-9lb monthly. But I would eat around 1500-1800 not because I was trying to starve myself its just that I was always busy or never hungry so it wasnt an issue.

Month 6-8, Ive been eating 1800 calories on average and my weight loss was 7-8lb monthly. But this last month ive barely lost 4lb. I cant lower calories more than this because I wont be full and will want to binge. But im also not losing shit and its really getting to me. Ive been stuck in the low 330s forever. Its not a plateau because Ive had those before and go back to losing 8-10lb. But now I keep losing and gaining the same 2 pounds.

Im worried that Ive Fu*ked up my tdee and metabolism. I want to try eating more to see if that would work because sometimes under eating causes weight loss to slow. But Im scared to gain weight because it seems on days I eat 50 calories over, I gain the next day.

Any advice? I workout 5 times a day with cardio and weights. I can see a change in the clothing getting bigger and my body toning up. But theres something about the number on the scale going down thats the only mental indication of success lol.
