This is a bit of a rant but I don't look how I thought I would after weight loss at all. I went from 257 to 150 at 5'11/6'0.
I'm skinny fat with loose skin and my ribs stick out, yet I have a big belly still.
I work out and run EVERY day, but I look like I don't. Some people have told me I don't eat enough... but if I'm not eating enough why the fck do I have a belly? Am I eating too much? Shouldn't be.. I weigh and calorie count every single morsel of food I eat, and I eat below my estimated TDEE.
Maybe I just have shitty genetics. I did a 23&Me years ago and it said I was genetically predisposed to obesity lmfao. I'm never gonna get fat again no matter what I do but it's just disheartening. My body is clinging on to that fat desperately lol.
Anyone else feel this way?
