Hi everyone! I have a significant amount of weight to lose (5'1 and 225 lbs) and I have never been able to stick with an exercise routine. I have tried dozens of times but no matter what I do, I have not been able to make this good habit stick. I recently bought a home on a river with easy access for kayaking, and I think I may have found a me passion! I ADORE kayaking, finding new places, and watching the wildlife.
I was wondering if this is a sustainable method of exercise, and if it would also support strength building in addition to cardio. Would love to hear your feedback on kayaking as my primary source of exercise in my weight loss journey, and how to maximize its impact on my health.
