I have lost 13 pounds since February which is great. I haven't really changed that much in terms of food. I just cut down on bread and weetabix and I still have a treat once a week. I have upped my fruit and veg intake and I try to drink as much water as I can. I have wraps more than bread these days but I still have bread some days too. I don't know if this helps with weight loss but I have also switched from regular tea and coffee to decaff and it doesn't taste any different. I don't believe in fully cutting things out because I think if I do that I will only want and crave it more so I believe cutting down on things is the best for me. I do work 3 times a week on tidy towns which involves a good bit of exercise and I do gardening and walking to. I started out at 18 stone 4 pounds and now I'm 17 stone 5 pounds. I follow the forums on healthunlocked and now I am going to try and post here as often as I can to get and give advice and support
