First Update: https://www.reddit.com/r/loseit/comments/akn2hs/update_progress_on_kidney_donation_weight_loss/

Just another update on things as the testing date gets closer! Down to 232 lbs. from 252lbs. ! Got my eating habits on lock down (Eggs, cauliflower, chicken, and nonfat greek yogurt) and easily staying within 1200 calories. One cheat day a week where I visit my parents and my mother tries to kill me with food. I had to turn down taking home literally 8 cinnamon muffins she made.

My pants are feeling pretty loose these days. My regular belt notch is no longer being used and keeps throwing me off when I get dressed. Nice problem to have!

My only health sin right now, honestly, is salt. I CANNOT give that up. Probably my biggest weakness, but I always put salt on EVERYTHING. I know everything bad about it, but my sense of taste in general is kinda dull and I just cannot see myself ever honestly changing on this one thing. I do wish there was some sort of alternative like Splenda is to sugar.

Aside from that, taking daily one-a-day vitamins regularly and feeling pretty great. So far so good. I've got about a month left before I head to the Mayo Clinic!
