Hi everyone,
I hope anyone can help.
Im 20F, 72,5 kg and 164 cm. My body fat percentage is roughly 30,1% (it's too high to measure precisely).
I've been in a deficit since may 8th. I have a online coach who determined my macro's and I have been tracking everything VERY accurately. She put me on 1600 calories initially. My macros are 35% carbs, 30% fat, 35% protein. I had two regular food guides which i alternated and one cheat guide. Which was low calorie all throughout the day and left me 1000 calories to consume for dinner. I've only used it twice. She gave my three different full body guides. It's only weight training no cardio. I did those every other day. So one week 3 workouts, the other week 4 workouts. I'm pretty sedentary the rest of the day because it's finals and I'm very busy with school. I'm supposed to walk 8000-10.000 steps but I usually only manage 5000...
When I initially started my weight was 72,4 and my body fat was 31%. For the next two weeks my weight went like this:
08/05 72,4
09/05 72,2
10/05 72,9 (got my period this day)
11/05 72,4
12/05 72,5
13/05 72,2
14/05 72,2
15/05 71,9
16/05 72,0
17/05 72,2
18/05 72,1
19/05 72,0
20/05 72,1
As you can see my weight wasn't really going anywhere. I saw my personal coach and while she wasn't worried she lowered my calories to 1462, macros still divided the same. We also decided that I'm going to do the 3 full body guides back to back, then one rest day and repeat. That means I'm working out 6 days a week.
I'm happy to report that my body fat percentage did go down roughly 0,9% (again it's a little hard to measure accurately when the percentage is this high) so that means I'm doing something right. After lowering my calories my weight went as following:
21/05 71,8
22/05 71,9
23/05 72,5
I literally cannot understand why I'm still my starting weight. For a while I wasn't worried. I thought it must be hormones, water weight, my period, increased water weight due to working out. But it's been 2,5 weeks and I'm starting to get a little worried. Again I track my macros really accurately and I weigh all my food. I usually do the cheat guide on Saturday but I kind of don't want to because the cheat meal is hard to track and I want to have my macros tracked detailedly because my weight loss is staggering.
Can anyone bring any insight? It would mean a lot to me. Again my personal coach isn't worried yet but I am a little bit...
