Girls: Boob/Bust gain tactics after with loss

Hi there.

First time posting here. I've been searching all over for written personal experiences with the question I have, and can't seem to find any. Wanted to try my luck here.

I'm at the end of my weight loss journey.

Some stats for reference: Starting Weight/Measurements (5'5"height).

167lbs. Bust: 40" Underbust: 34" Waist: 33 Hips: 41" Bra size: 34G Physique: Thick and doughy. Larger love handles, and breasts so big/heavy I had to carry them sometimes. I was actually considering a breast reduction.

Current weight: 133lbs Bust: 36" Underbust: 30" Waist: 29/30" Hips: 37" Bra size: 30DD Physique: Fit. Abs are starting to come in nicely. I feel comfortable just wearing a sports bra, and I like my midriff and hips.

HOW: I used Keto, Intermittent Fasting, Some calorie restriction, and started working out in March/April. I lost the weight over about 4 months, but noticed the biggest lost in April after I Incorporated working out. I still do quick workouts almost everyday and get more protein than before.

CONCERN: I've always been a busty gal. But my breasts have deceased in size to a point where they're smaller than what they were before I gained maybe amounts of weight..I was always usually a 36D, or at least stayed around that band size. I was not expecting my boobs to shrink.

Yes, I'm proud of myself for losing the weight (I was overweight and not comfortable with my body because I was doughy), and I'm proud that I'm more conscious about what I eat and maintaining fitness. And overall, my body looks better and more fit.

And I know it's determined by genetics, hormones, etc. And I know you can't pick where the weight comes from.

But, I want my boobs to come back. And I want to hear from any of you with personal experience of successfully bringing volume back to your boobs after weight loss. It's shallow, but it's been such a huge part of my identify and pride point.

WHAT I'M DOING TO GAIN BOOB NOW: I'm trying to eat at a caloric SURPLUS and increased my protein, but still on keto and IF because it makes me feel great. I tried going back to carbs, and it wasn't a pleasant experience. And I gained bad weight almost immediately on my waist. Honestly, IF/Keto for me have advantages outside of weight loss that I don't want to give up.

Because I wasn't working out before, and didn't have the best diet, I'm going that my waist will stay there same now (or increase in size a bit but still look athletic) and the extra pounds will go to by boobs and hips.

I'm wondering if I stay at a caloric SURPLUS, of that will be enough to gain some boob back.

QUESTION: Have any of you girls (in particular, busty gals) been able to successfully add volume or increase to your boobs by trying to gain some weight AFTER losing a significant amount of weight.

If so, how did you do it and what were your before/after results?
