I need weight loss help

Hello all, I hope this blows up because I need help.

So I recently turned 15 and need to turn my life around, I have tried different diets but it’s not working.

I have Graves’ disease ( I think that plays a part in my weight) and I also suffer from chronic joint pain, that limits me on exercise greatly. I can’t do too much for long or else my joints cause me severe pain and they start to cease and in bad days I struggle to walk.

I am looking for help to find a way to loose weight. I am 200 LBS. I need to loose fat. Mainly from my thighs and from my belly. I can’t diet much right now and frankly that hasn’t helped me much along with walking.

My goal is to loose tons of fat and get healthier plus build muscle (I got a bow flex and use that) I build muscle easy on it.

Please share this around I would love all the help I can get. I really want to get my life back on track. I have completely fallen apart over the last year and half.

I am dedicated to getting back on track.
