Hi everyone! I (re)started my weight loss journey 16 days ago (Age: 24, Height: 5'5", SW: 182) and I'm currently 167 lbs. which... seems crazy to me. I chalked it up to a massive amount of water weight or something, but I'm not entirely sure.
Anyway, I've found that I'm not hungry anymore, at least not to the degree I used to be. I plan out all my meals in the morning and I'm finding it extremely hard to finish them when it comes time to eat, to the point where I feel nauseous after eating. I don't want to eat too little and risk malnutrition or any other negative side effects of eating too little, but at the same time, feeling sick after eating my planned portion isn't quite normal either.
Anyone else experiencing something similar?
