So its been over 3 weeks and I’ve been stuck at 75kg after losing 10kg over the span of 6 months, I wanted to lose at least another 5kg before end of December but I’ve just been stuck on 75kg. I tried upping my workouts and have been hitting 10k steps daily, I even had a cheat day to go over my normal calorie intake of 1200, then went back to normal, I just don’t know what to do anymore and it’s really making me anxious, does anyone have any tips? Shall I lower my calorie intake even more?
