After you finish eating something really good. Remember.

It's okay to have that feeling of, "MAN! That was so good! I want more. I am already thinking of the next time I have it." That's natural. It's human nature to want to consume more of something very enjoyable. That doesn't mean you get more right then and there. That's how we all have gotten to where we are today. Overweight. Make it a routine. Have that comfort meal every other Friday instead of twice or three times in consecutive days. Have that candy bar once a week instead of every night. Enjoy your calorie dense banana split once a month. Find what works for you. You don't have to deprive yourself 100 percent of the time. You can enjoy life. Eventually when you get to your goal weight and you start loosening up the reins, you may have a higher chance of undoing everything you've done. Learn moderation now while you're working on your weight loss. It will make things much easier and you much happier.

I want you all to succeed. If you know you can't do this, then don't. Maybe you're not ready now. If you've been at this for a while and have been making progress, then you can try it. Just remember, you don't have to enjoy something to the point you're sick. There will be plenty for the next time and the time after that. They're not going to stop making it by the time you have it again. Good luck, Everyone.
