So guys, I started my weight loss journey on January 21st of this year. I started at 213 pounds and currently weighed myself at 183.6 this morning. I don’t really have a goal weight in mind, just wanna lose as much fat as possible, before starting a clean bulk. Here’s the thing though: in high school I weighed 180 pounds, but was really fit and really defined. I played a lot of sports in high school and obviously the metabolism allowed me to be this way. However as I’m closing in on 180 pounds again, I have way more noticeable body fat, especially my lower stomach. So my bf% is way higher, at the same weight of 180. So my question to you guys here is, do I just keep losing body fat, until I get to my guess around 160 pounds? It’s a little bit demotivitaing to see you lose all this weight but, still have so much weight to lose.
