Hello dear redditors,
first of all, thank you for this wonderful subreddit that already helped me a lot on my weight loss journey. I'm not a native English speaker but I still hope that I can phrase my question in a way that it's understandable.
I'm looking for some advice on sensible workout methods/schedules. I started with a weight of 257lb/117kg and lost around 15lb/7kg so far (food wise I count calories and stay in a healthy deficit). I managed to exercise every day for 2 months now, mostly biking, walking, swimming and some dance workouts which all focus on fatburn/cardio.
Would you say that the approach (to focus on cardio training) is good or should I also start to train specific muscles and also include other training methods, that focus on a different thing? (Like strength training for example). What, in your opinion, should I include, workout wise, because it's important for an overall healthy body?
