Discouraged

I’m 17F, 5’10, 168 pounds and I began intensive training about two weeks ago. I look pretty much the same and it’s kinda discouraging me. I took pictures before I began but I feel like I see no difference. I’m not gonna quit because my training isn’t for weight loss but for endurance and strength (training for volleyball), but I really want to lose some extra pounds. I know it’s only been two weeks and that I shouldn’t see sudden changes instantly, but am I really gonna lose weight? I want to feel comfortable in crop tops and high wasted jeans but, because of my weight, it’s near impossible unless I wear a jacket. Am I just rushing expecting too much way too fast? My trainer said I’ve gotten stronger (couldn’t do five pushups, now I can do fifteen) but I feel like I haven’t lost weight. I know weight loss isn’t my main goal but it’d really be nice.

Mayne Im not eating good enough? I eat two meals a day, sometimes fast food because my mom doesn’t feel like cooking and I don’t know how to cook, but I don’t drink soda or anything that can add more calories to my meal. Should I just be patient? I feel like I’m not doing enough...
