Help calculating target weightloss goal based on bf%

ok so i have lost 50lbs in about a year, going from 265 to 215.

I have come this far with CiCo, walking which is progressing to running, and generally trying to be as active as possible. i use my apple watch to hit 1100-1500 active calories per day.

i have added a bunch of dumbbells, body weight exercises and resistance bands to maintain and (hopefully) build muscle.

here is my question:

as weight loss progresses a certain amount will be fat and a certain amount will be lean body mass, its pretty much inevitable. does anyone know how to calculate an average projected fat loss for a given amount of weight loss based on starting body fat%?

i figure I'm at around 30% bf and would like to be sub 20, which means i need to lose about 22.5 lbs of fat. how much weight-loss is reasonable to target to achieve this fat loss goal? i know its impossible to be exact, I'm just curious if anyone has any research data or calculator that could help.
