Is this a solid workout plan?

I’m trying to go from 205 lbs to 150 lbs (at 200 rn woo!). I’m 5’4 so yeah...really bad. A YouTuber I like tweeted out pictures of their weight loss. They looked to be a similar body type to mine and around the same weight at the start of their journey. Their workout plan was this:

10 minutes of cardio

3 sets of: 10 bicep curls 10 wide curls 15 lateral curls 10 squats w/ weights 10 push ups 30 second plank

For right now I’m using 2 pounds weights bc 1. That’s all we have in the house and 2. I have literally no muscle. I had low muscle tone as a kid and while my mom tried to deal with it, I fought her on it and she ended up stopping because she didn’t want the constant battle anymore. My ultimate goal is a flat stomach so I can wear crop tops without feeling ashamed. Also, I’m doing wall push ups but will be building up to inclined push ups, kneeling pushups, and then real pushups.

I have no idea how long this took him or if he had any rest days. I’m probably going to have rest days because I work a job that has me on my feet my whole shift, which once we get back to normal around July will be like 5-8 hour shifts. I might do it every day, I might not, I don’t know how to go about this.
