So i am currently losing Weight. Starting Weight was 264 and my goal is 200. Currently on 250. The main question i have is if its smart to stop smoking while losing Weight or if i shouldt focus on one thing at a time?
I read a lot of articles of people stopping smoking and losing Weight and find themselves a hard time doing it. Because of the hunger and taste that comes back after smoking and a slower metabolism. So shouldt i just focus on reaching my goal first, in about 5 months and then stop smoking or try to stop smoking right now next to Weight loss
Wouldt like to hear some experiences from people on this :)
