I told myself i’m going to start jogging after work for now on. i grabbed my sweats and shoes before i walked out the door this morning, and threw them in a bag to change into. I’m 5’4 SW:164 CW:148 GW:130-135 My weight has been an issue for me my whole life, I was always the chubby kid in school. a while back i had a medical emergency which required surgery, and removal, after that I had lost so much weight, that i became a twig. went from 145 to 114 in a couple of months. I was so happy, I wasn’t even trying to lose weight. but i didn’t care of the body I had. So naturally, I gained it all back and then some. So i’m here to get back down to a healthy weight again. I’m super excited so start a new journey with my weight loss. I started back in January 2020, I had lost 10lbs, but quarantine ruined any of the progress I made and added a little more. Then I went back to work, but my progress got ruined a few months after when i lost my job. So I pushed up again, until I found new work. I have lost the first 16lbs by doing IF and CICO all year, but lately ive been losing it even slower. the holidays definitely had me put a few back on, but I’ve lost it again with my routine, but i feel stuck. Ive been at the same weight pretty much for the past 2-3 months. So I decided i’m going to start jogging, because I dread gyms. I came here today because I wanted to see how walking/ jogging has affected you in your journey. If you have any links to your own progress pics, or any insight and information, feel free to comment! I’d love to hear/ see your stories (:
