Pain when sleeping and sitting

M/43| SW: 270| CW: 233 | GW: 200

Just curious if anyone can shed some light on how long it will take before my "new" body will adjust to the loss of weight? I don't feel as comfortable in bed anymore and when I sit, the coccyx bone in my butt and gluts hurt on and off. Sometimes it feels like my anus is sore.

It doesn't help that I have a desk job and with Covid we have been really just laying around the house and watching movies and sports. I am doing my cardio and weights still but man this soreness sucks.

I use to be 200 pounds a few years back and had no pain so I feel like I am in adjustment mode here but I also have a tendency to focus on things and make the pain maybe worse wondering if it will ever go away.

It is more of a nagging pain but just curious what others have experienced. I didn't really notice it until December to start which was 4 months into my weight loss and maybe 35 pounds of weight. I can def notice a huge difference in my tush as it is rounder now vs a flat ramp.
