Last Year I started my Weight loss journey I went from going out multiple days a week to bars/clubs and drinking ungodly amounts of alcohol and spending ungodly amounts of money on that alcohol One day I woke up and saw a video of my self in the group chat with my friends it was a video of me from the prior night chugging vodka straight out the bottle while spinning in a chair watching that video I realized holy shit I gained a lot of weight and I quit drinking entirely from that video. The next thing I did was I decided to get a Gym Membership where I workout about 6 days a week this was about 9 months ago at this point. I am currently Down 24.2 pounds I feel as though recently my weight loss has been relatively stagnant So I think my next step in my Journey is to begin meal prepping and counting calories I have never counted calories in my life so if you have personally meal prepped and found a meal that was pretty good and easy to make please let me know I am going to spent a few days in the Diet and Nutrition Reddit to find some inspiration
