This is the third time this has happened to me. I have finally decided to seek help about it. 3 yrs ago. I decided to lose weight, i am really overweight, my bmi is almost 29. So let me get to the point, i lost 6 kgs. Then it started going slow. I hit a plateu. Now just 8 months ago i started losing weight. Like seriously. I lost around 10 kgs in 4 5 months. Then 4 months ago, i got carried away and stopped seeing my weight and watching my calories. One thing led to another and i gained 12 more kgs. I decided to start again tomorrow. I have decided to try to cut out on my soda intake because i have been drinking 3 cans of pop a day and hv been drinking only water since two days and it gave me a .5 kg drop in weight. So i dont want to stop along thhe way and not get demotivated with a plateu , what should i do to to prevent this? Thanks
