I’m doing this for me.

26f, SW: 281, Old weight before gaining: 272/266. GW: 200/130.

Not one person has said I looked good like they used to. They just don’t care. Yes I’m doing this for me, Always. At least say you see some changes... This only reminds me how alone I am. I live alone.

The rest of this will be positive. I shouldn’t care if no one has noticed how many inches I lost. I actually gained 14 lbs back in 2 weeks so maybe that’s why no one said anything, I’m only down 3 lbs. But still, I can see a huge difference in my waist/back/even in my stomach. It’s always been my chest. I will no longer talk about my weight loss to anyone and I’ve tried to do this from the start, This time for real. Let’s see when I lose another 30 lbs. Or 50. I’ll wait for people to notice cause it will make me feel good and gain me more confidence. Thing is, I’m moving in July so now people will only see me on IG. They won’t get to see me in person again because I don’t plan to come back. I have to start taking the bus to the gym due to lack of rides; But I have been working out more at home for 3x days a week and I’m adding it back to 6 days. I just renewed my bus pass and waiting for the mail to come in. I can’t wait to get back to the gym and never been so exited!!

Weight loss is for me and me alone. I’m doing this for me. I’m so ready to have my dream body and only wish I started sooner!! I joined the gym in summer 2017 so I could have lost it by now but I have only been battling the same 30 lbs since, This time I’m making it a commitment and my top priority to lose weight. Anything else is secondary. I’m going into my third week but I would count it as my second because I never had a ride to the gym the first week and only went walking every day.

To sum it up:

—I will be walking every day of the week. Taking rest days as needed but less.

—I will workout 6 days a week, 30+ minutes at home and 1-2 hours at the gym.

—I will not talk about my weight loss to others unless they bring it up first.

—I will do more meal prepping and plan out my meals better, I never know what to eat for dinner.

It depends what videos I do at home, I am going to write out a schedule on paper like I used to do in a folder. I started by doing 15 minute videos this week, and I am ready to do 30 minutes tomorrow + 10 minutes of stretching first. I will go walking first thing in the morning. (Starting Tuesday- I got an early dentist appointment so I will walk in the afternoon)
