Curious what everyone's BMR is? Especially short girls that don't workout, how do you lose weight if you're BMR is only like 1400!? I am a chubby 5'3 girl that likes to eat as much as my tall and active friends and obviously us short girls can't do that as freely unless we are very physically active, which I am not. I can easily eat 1900+/day without realizing unless I keep my food tracker updated. I only recently been thinking a lot about my BMR and my fat percentage and the reality that short girls burn less calories overall due to how petite we are built.
If you're not sure of your BMR can go to the below and make sure to use the Katch-McArdle formula to add your body fast percentage as that has a huge factor in your BMR! (Body fat percentage test in the past)
