To all of those who have reached their weight loss goals and are now eating at maintenance, I have a couple of questions I’ve been curious about!

Did the hunger from eating in a deficit disappear when you started eating at maintenance? Are you satisfied with how much you “get” to eat now in relation to your new weight?

During the period you were eating in a deficit, did dieting ever become easier or like second nature?

What are some things you couldn’t do at your highest weight that you can do now?
