Hi guys! I've never used reddit before so sorry if I'm breaking tons of rules (I tried to read up about as many as possible but could have missed some).
I also apologize for the number of questions asked in this post. I've been thinking about all of this for such a long time and only after they've collected up have I actually asked them.
I'm a 5'7", 126 pound female. I weighed around 133 pounds in summer/early fall, but all of a sudden my weight started to drop in November even as I was eating a lot of unhealthy stuff daily, even more so than usual. Additionally, I was exercising less than usual. This weight loss continued until I was 125 pounds just a few days ago. I've considered this sudden weight loss as a result of an increase in stress, with winter tests and exams, but I don't know for sure and was wondering if anyone else had an explanation?
My goal weight has always been to reach the 120s, so even if I was concerned at this weight loss I was pretty happy when I got to 129. However, I've made another goal of reaching 120 or less. Realistically, how long do you guys think it will take for me to make it?
I have a dance performance coming up in a week and I'm the widest out of all the group members. I don't mind, but losing as much weight as healthily possible would be ideal. Any advice?
An issue that's been stuck with me: How do I control not eating excess? It's not necessarily binging, but I will eat any junk food no matter how full I am. I am aware that I shouldn't be doing it the whole time I am eating, yet I do it. A healthy alternative is usually suggested, but what about when I eat a snack or two after the healthy food, just because?
Thank you guys for making it all the way through!
