I've been really good with food logging, eating healthy and light and being generally active (walking on my commute) over the last month or so, and have lost at least 10 lbs over that last month (December 21st was the first time I weighed in a while, probably weighed more before that). The one thing I haven't done in about a month or so is carve out some real good gym time. Well, last night, as I watched an episode of a weight loss show and I saw the guy on the show kicking butt in the gym, I resolved to get my butt to the gym too.
I was planning on going this morning, but had to end up getting to work really early because I had a lot of work to take care of. But I brought all my stuff with me as if I was going to go this morning, and I can't wait to get to the gym after work. I'm so excited to work and be sore tomorrow, I miss it.
I'm really happy because I think I finally found what gets me pumped and motivated to get to the gym: seeing other people working out. Here's to the gym!
