6 months ago i decided to lost weight,since then i lost 64 lbs and i never did cheat days or meals.I need to lost around 10-15 lbs more but yesterday i have decided to do cheat day(around 6000-8000 calories maybe more).Today i am feeling extremely guilty,i feel like i am fat again with my big belly.Everyone on weight loss/bodybuilding forums says ''dont do cheat days you can get fat again'' or ''it ruins your whole progress''.I wasnt feeling so guilty until reading all this stuff,but right now i feel so terrible and i feel like i gained so much weight.How i can reverse the effects of my cheat day ? and are cheat days really that bad ?
