Gym's closed, work schedule changed...

With everything that is happening, a lot of things are changing in our day to day life, and I must say I'm afraid it's going to affect my weight loss.

First, all gyms are closed now (I live in Canada). I know some people find it hard to go to a gym, but to me it's the opposite. Working out from home is very hard, I don't push myself as much, and I don't have a lot of equipments (only a few quite light dumbbells).

In addition to that, schools are closed too. which means I have my two kids to take care of. They are 5 and 7, so they can do a kind of a lot of things by themselves, but I can't, for example, take a walk by myself since their father is at work. I like walking with them, but when we do (and we do), we are walking way to slow for me to count that as "exercice".

And the other big thing that changed, at least for the next two weeks, is my work schedule. Since all schools are closed, I need to stay at home to take care of them. Except we still need two incomes to be able to pay the bills... so for the next two weeks, instead of working from 8h00 to 15h30, I'm going to work from 17h00 to 1h00 (am). And I have no idea how I'm going to fit my meals into that timeframe... I've always heard/read that eating during the night was a very bad habit, because of what hormones our bodies are producing during the night... I'm afraid I might have to cut calories down... Or maybe I could do IF during these days, I don't know...

Anyway, how are the mesures taken in your country affecting you ? Do you have any advises for me ? I just reached the 50 lbs lost milestone and I don't want to go back up the scale !

(and again sorry for the quality of my english, as it's not my native language)
