Day one of quarantine weight loss plan

Hi all, I’m an educator and we now have at least 4 weeks off. I’m currently 6’4 215 and I’m looking to get under 200 by mid July (best friends wedding). Today I started off the day by doing workout A of the new Athlean X body weight workout he posted. Let me tell you, it is brutal even doing all the beginner modifications. I’m also thinking of starting a 30 day beginner yoga plan I found on YouTube, can’t remember her name but she seems very popular.

Nutrition wise I’m aiming for 1700 calories with loads of protein. Going to use MFP to track all of that. I mean what better excuse to restrict calories than the fact that I should save up some food? I also started taking a greens supplement this morning, really excited to see how that changes how I feel as I doubt I’ve gotten my daily amount of vegetables one day in the last few years.

Feel free to share your at home plans, maybe some goals for the month and we can all share some accountability. Excited to see where I land before I head back to school in 4 weeks, maybe someone will notice a difference!

TLDR: No work for 4 weeks, can finally focus on my health, time to make some changes!
