5"8, F, 89.5kg/197lb. Goal is 75-80kg.
I've been intermittent fasting (12pm -8pm) for almost 3 months now which is miraculous for me considering I've been wanting to get fit and lose weight for years and never succeeded.
I have gone up a clothes size and it is really affecting my mental health now, especially because I'm going through a loss of a major friendship. I want this weight journey to be something to focus on or look forward to.
I try to walk as much as I can (only averaging about 10k steps a week) and I do workouts 2/3 times a week. I'm also using MFP to track calories and any loss.
I've reduced my sugar and fat intake quite dramatically and only drink water or peppermint tea.
So far, only 2.5kg lost. I was hoping for much more by now but I guess Christmas food got in the way. I really want to start Keto, struggling to find decent meals, and I have also been intrigued to find a meal replacement shake.
Has anyone found that works or used brands such as Huel or Protein World?
Sidenote: this sub was the reason I even started and stuck to it! It is inspiring and so helpful.
