I just joined recently, wanting to start another health journey and been reading your guys' posts. A lot of you are in certain diets and such, do you also track your calories on everything you eat? I've done weight loss journeys before but me using apps like "myfitnesspal", "Eat this much" etc often end with me obsessing over my calorie intake and feeling proud when I eat less than a 1000 kcal one day. Which is not healthy at all, but also. I feel like it's a great way to keep you disciplined and it makes you stick to your plan even more. I feel like I'm going back and forth wanting to live a healthy life and feel good about myself and not be obese anymore. But whenever I start I end up obsessing over weight and calories and whenever I hit a plateau I get upset instead of being proud how far I've come.
How have you guys been able to lose weight in a healthy way?
