I know this isn't the medical sub or whatever but I feel like it's better to ask this here.
I've never been fully consistent with working out, I've always gone 3 or 4 days without doing it and then getting back into it. The only time I have done it was about a year ago and I noticed my hair was falling out alott and that definitely scared me because I have thicker hair. I did go to the doctors about it and they told me I was anemic and they gave me vitamin d pills to take and my hair did improve alot and it's been fine since then. My pills ran out around August time and only now since I've been working out 4-5 times a week is my hair falling out alot more again.
Yes I'm gonna call the doctors and see what they say but I'm just wondering if any of you guys have experience this too and if you have any advice, thanks.
