I kept my calorie intake at originally 1800,then went down to 1650 after September. Since my sleep schedule is wack and I don't move often except when working, I choose to usually eat 1 or 2 meals at most a day, followed by snacks with high protein. October though December was a pain though due to the holidays and such, it felt harder for me to justify staying off sugars and such with the sheer amount of Goddam leftovers we had, but I decided Sunday to throw out the candy I've had to start back up, and I checked today and I went down 3 pounds (I was 288 on Saturday, forgot to log that).
I do feel like personally I should try to atleast get a workout routine in, I feel like college in the fall can definelty help since they have a gym and such there, right now my school's gym is closed, I don't want to risk going to a gym atm, but I think the closest thing I got is probably vr? Beatsaber usually gives me a sweat after a while 😂.
