Recently began my weight loss journey. I’ve always wanted to but I’ve always pussied out.
However, when this semester started, I saw an opportunity to make myself do this. I didn’t register my vehicle and since parking is so limited, I forced myself to walk 5 miles a day.
Not going to lie, it’s been kicking my ass. But it’s helped me so damn much with getting into the headspace of loosing weight. I don’t want my 5 miles walked to be for nothing.
It’s only been 3 days but I’m proud of myself. I’ve eaten way less and tracked everything.
The downside is now my schedule only gives me 30 minutes between school and work every day.
While I plan on meal prep during the weekends at some points, I just don’t have time to eat lunch.
I do not have the willpower to eat lunch at a fast food place. I’ll break. I am weak.
Is there any good recipes or programs with meal shakes that can replace lunch?
