Stretch marks and loose skin?

Ive just started my weight loss journey. I plan on losing weight through dieting and cardio workouts.

I have stretch marks on my outer thighs, they seem to be medium ish size, but definitely there. I don't believe I have stretch marks anywhere else.

I know loose skin is different for everyone, but I wanted to hear your opinion on if I should have it. I am an 18F, 5'7, weigh 155-160 and plan on getting down to 120. Never smoked, never drank. I wasn't super overweight as a child, I've been putting on weight pretty steadily for the last 4 years though. My diet isn't the best, but I plan on eating better of course. Any suggestions on what types of food are good for skin health is appreciated! (Im a vegetarian). I don't think my fat is too evenly spread, I feel like its mostly on my stomach, hips, and thighs. A little bit everywhere else.

I also read that weight training can get rid of loose skin, does this work after I lose all the weight and see what skin I have left, or does it only work if I train while losing the weight?
