Male. 100kg. Goal: 60kg, Age: 28Currently have stretch marks that came up as I gained weight.
Intro: Throughout life I always had low stamina, so not much to exercise, but I always managed to excel in swimming which remains my fav to this day. Cardio, not so much (to the point I don't really like it, but if it has to be done, I will do it).
I don't have problems with motivation or sticking to a plan, but I am usually quite busy, managing work and life balance with little time to self.
Issue: Stretch marks. I was planning on starting with Keto diet, but the sudden weight loss might make the stretch marks issue even more. I haven't found any guides which says which would be better to lose it. So diet plan and how fast of a weight loss plan do I make/follow and what are the goals to keep? I don't mind a lengthy weight loss journey, just a healthy one and one that gets rid of stretch marks more importantly.
Bonus: If I can increase my stamina. Even when I was fit, stamina was always a weak point. Might be hormonal which someone medical suggested some time back, but at nearing 30 years, I doubt it's worth to take any medical help on that.
