Weight loss plateau after losing only 10 pounds?

Recently I’ve been on a diet of 1500 calories a day. I’m 17, male, and weight 294 pounds now. I try to get 3 moderate workouts in per week. I also do online school for the moment, but don’t have much time for working out. Every weight loss calculator I’ve used says a calorie deficit of 1800 will help me lose 2 pounds a week at a not active rate. However, the app lose it says I need a deficit of 1,100 to lose this same amount of weight. I don’t know what to do with a calorie deficit, or how to start losing weight again, but all help is appreciated.
