I think it's maintenance time

We're coming up on the year anniversary of starting my serious weight loss journey.

I've been eating between 1200 and 1300 calories a day for nearly a year, but I'm at my goal size, just a few pounds shy of my goal weight. And today I treated myself, ate nearly 1600 calories. I'm half terrified that I've opened a door that I can't close, and half excited that I might be able to ease up on such an extreme CICO.

Anyone who is in maintenance, how do you transfer safely from losing to maintaining? Without accidentally going too far and gaining again? Right now I weigh myself in the morning before I leave or in the evening when I come home, trying to find my normal or average weight range now. I know it fluctuates a bit.

For context, I'm 33F 146lbs and mostly sedentary but I do pilates 3x a week for strength and mobility.
