I started at 230 in August, and the first 15 or so lbs came off very quickly (large portion of that being water weight, I imagine). I hit a wall at around 210lbs, where it seemed like my weight loss grinded to a halt. I don't count calories, but I knew for a fact that I was eating well below my maintenance (1 chipotle burrito bowl in a day, for example) so I had to be losing weight. Anyways, I weighed myself two days ago and saw that I had gone down to 204lbs. Same story today. I am visibly leaner than I was at 210, so I know it couldn't just be water weight. Does anyone else lose weight in a similar fashion? It's good to see progress, yet very discouraging since the results take a while to show up.
