Hey y'all, I need meal replacement shake suggestions and non-refrigerated meal suggestions that can be stowed away. (Not for survival prepping)

So, long story, I'm posting for the first time, ever- the tldr is I'm in a bad living situation where I can't use the fridge or really leave food out, and I'm looking for suggestions for a meal replacement shake, mostly. Skip to asterisks below if you wanna miss backstory since it wound up long.

Backstory: Extreme circumstances wound me up living back with a parental unit (circumstances being, I got hit by a DUI driver and injured, and a month later my bf got diagnosed with cancer and had to have surgery and chemo for several months.) My mother somehow talked the insurance company into sending us the check (we shared an insurance policy) and she stole my entire settlement from under me, leaving me with thousands and years of medical bills - so I didn't get enough physical therapy and turned to emotional eating.

A few years prior I was 400 lbs, and was down to 180 at the time of the accident (I'm 5'7" and lifting a lot, I was still overweight but happy and felt good.) I am back up to 290 - I have finally paid off the medical bills in December but I absolutely hate what I've become in the process again.

My mom is a sabotager, was the first time I lost weight, and is definitely so now that I'm stuck with her. She has this weird, fixated jealousy with me, and extreme gluttony and it's made it impossible to meal prep. (Which is why I had such success before.) She'll eat a week's worth of food in a day, make a fake burp noise, complain it wasn't very good. I did a month's worth of meal&freeze prep two months' ago when I started feeling up to the weight loss journey again, and she ate it all in 4 days. 4 FUCKING DAYS. I had almost no money budgeted for food since I'd looked at meal prep as an investment - so I ate affordable garbage and made 0 progress. So I tried Clif bars for breakfast grab'n'go - she eats 2 as a snack and they are gone in 2 days again. (It's like eating a brick, HOW??) I pre-made some smoothie bags - gone in a day as well. (And yes, she is morbidly obese.) She sometimes goes through my things so I haven't been able to hide things either - I was hiding trail mix, beef jerky, peanut butter, apples and bananas, and some dry granola, etc randomly the last two months. But she'd eventually find it when I was gone for a long day at work. (You'd thinking paying half the mortgage payment would make her respect me, but no.) She then proceeds to lie about it, and even though I know better, I just feel defeated. (She steals more than just food as well, but that's not on topic for the post here. My bf and I were really aiming to move this summer or fall but Corona virus has put that on hold until... some time? Job transfer stuff. I was planning on having my own fridge in a few months - now I'm looking at locking file cabinets.)

** Honestly at this point I'm always hungry anyway so I've been thinking of trying something like Huel or some kind of meal replacement shake? I know it's not as good as eating a real meal, but I'm frankly, just trying to hold together mentally and find something that will be easy and I can hide. I want to at least get my nutrients in. (My guts would prefer something not soy-based.) I'm already stowing stuff like: meat jerky (I aim for low sodium but it's mostly what's on sale), real peanut butter, trail mix, craisins/raisins/dried fruit, apples. I'm also allergic to avocado so that rules those out. D: Thanks if you've made it this far. I realize this is only a band-aid for a toxic situation, but I feel like this is something I can do to make due, if that makes any sense.
