I (25 F) cannot seem to budge on the scale. I’m 5’5” and 160 lbs. Within the past month I have given up fast food. I do not drink soda. I started tracking my meals on MyFitnessPal. I work a job that is mostly sitting at a desk, so I know that is not conducive environment to lose weight but I’m trying.
I feel very discouraged because I look in the mirror and feel like I’m actually gaining weight. My clothes are just as tight as they were before and my collar bone is disappearing before my eyes.
I just want to feel confident and sexy in my own skin. I feel like I’m taking the right steps. I don’t expect weight loss in one day but how have I not seen any results at all? Please give me any advice that you see as productive to helping me reach my goal of losing 15 pounds.
