Loss of energy

When I first started my life style change in January, I was pretty pumped, but the last two weeks I feel absolutely exhausted. My weight loss goal is 100 lbs and when I get to that goal, I’ll be in a healthy bmi. I’ve lost 20 lbs so far. All I’m doing is being pretty strict with my diet, no junk food, no sugar, very limited carbs because that seems to be my weakness, so I try to avoid them. I eat several small meals a day with a typical meal being either a protein powder smoothie with frozen veggies and/or fruit or a leafy salad with chopped veggies and usually fish or chicken with salad dressing. Every meal has a protein and fruit or veggies. I don’t feel like I’m not getting enough calories, because I haven’t changed my meal sizes since I stared and the tiredness is a recent thing. I want to keep up with the progress I’ve made, but it’s difficult to get my steps in and sometimes even difficult to prep a meal because I just feel sluggish. I kind of went cold turkey onto the diet, so I’m wondering if because I went from a heavy carb/red meat diet to almost taking them out if I need to start taking a supplement? Any advice? I’m really motivated this time around and I don’t want to lose that motivation because of this.
