Wanting to start exercising but need advice.

So for short, I'm a 24 year old female, 59kg (130lbs), 162cm (5'3 - 5'4) and I take roughly 1200 - 1400kcal a day, my maintenance apparently being around 1580, since I'm as sedentary as you can get (unemployed, personal issues and only go out with family or appointments). I've lost about 7kg (15.4lbs) since I started in late September and have been in a plateau foooor a month or so, maybe more.

I want to start waking up early and doing some yoga/streching everday to help me move and sort out some tension/stress, and once I've got that under control, do some light workouts 2 or 3 times a week, something to strengthen myself a bit and not be so out of breath, these will just be at home workouts and I'm thinking of adding rope skipping as my cardio and/or warmup.

My issue is, what does yoga/streching count as? Light exercise? How much should I increase my calories? I used a TDEE calculator and it said my maintanance would be 1800kcal if I were to work out 1 to 3 times a week, 1560kcal if I wanted a mild weight loss and 1300kcal if i wanted to lose weight. Honestly I'm happy at my current weight, and I know I should eat more, but until proper workouts I'm not so sure how much more. Once I start those workouts I'll definitely stick to 1600-1800kcals a day, but with just yoga and stretching, should I even bother?

Thanks in advance!
