I started my journey on December 18 of 2019, I began eating keto and intermittent fasting for about 18 hours a day. Everything has been great so far. I have lost around 40 pounds I started at 291 and at 250 now. Shortly after I started I started doing OMAD. I eat about 1500-1600 calories in that one meal. I do have a food scale that I use religiously so I know my calories are pretty accurate. It’s been about a week and a half and I haven’t lost anything. I know weight loss does slow down but I’m still technically obese so I didn’t think it would slow this quickly. Am I just freaking out? Or did I screw something up by eating such few calories? Thank you again in advance. I just don’t want to give up and start eating bad again. Also I do work out 5 days a week. About a 2 mile fast paced walk. My heart rate during that walk is around 165-175
