Hey all! I (M20) thought this weight loss progress might be interesting to some, especially to those who want an idea on how fast they can lose weight if needed (since I've been losing pretty quickly).

I've been doing Keto for a little over a month, I'm 6 foot and I have a good amount of muscle but also had fat that I've never been able to lose. To do this I've basically eaten between 1200 and 1700 calories a day, eaten atleast 120g of protein, atleast 90g of fat, and stayed under 20g of carbs everyday. I'll answer any questions you might have!
