So back in july i decided i wanted to get serious with my weightloss and tried out keto and a bit (but not really) of intermittent fasting. By september i lost 30 lbs I was so proud of my self... then the december hit and now ive gained back 15 lbs.
Ive since gave up on keto as it doesnt feel like a lifestyle i can follow because my real issue is..well pastries. I LOVE pastries not even things like cake were talking bread, tortillas, oatmeal. If it has some form of grains i'm probably going to want to eat it.
I see lots of things online about people with sweet cravings and salty cravings and how to stop those types of cravings, but i just dont have those and i dont know how to curb stomp this addiction to grain/bread/pastries.
I honestly was doing really well on keto and with weight loss in genreal but its this obssession that keeps ruining me
Any advice?
