Healthy weight loss tips/foods to eat? i’m struggling.

Hi friends!

i (17F) recently joined this subreddit as a way to keep myself motivated to lose weight. i weigh ~180 right now and i want to get back to around 130-140 lbs because i gained a lot of weight back in 2018 due to things that happened in my life.

anyway, i’ve tried losing weight since January 2020. i’m lucky enough to live in an area where the gyms are open, so i’ve worked out almost every single night (gyms were closed from march-aug 2020 and then closed during november and recently just opened up). the part i struggle most with is changing my eating habits, and that causes me to “relapse” (in a way) back to my old habits. i struggle with this a lot and i also can’t cook, and my family doesn’t eat that well either.

does anyone have any good meals/tips that i could prepare or general advice that i can take into my own life? i appreciate it in advance :)
