Starting Chloe Ting's 2021 28 day flat belly challenge!

I'm posting this here for accountability sake because this isn't the first challenge I've started... hopefully it will be the first challenge I finish!

My current stats are f26, 5'6" 152 pounds. Upper waist 33.5 inches, mid waist (at belly button) 35.5 inches, hips 39.5 inches, left thigh and right thigh both 24 inches, chest (under bust) 35 inches, and around bust 39 inches.

I started my weight loss journey mid February of 2019 and saw some amazing progress going from my highest weight of 215 down to 150 before I had to stop working out in November 2019 because my spleen (which had been massively enlarged for 6 years) started to hurt. So working out was put on the back burner as I finally started preparing to get my spleen out. My spleen came out early February 2020, and I came home weighing 145 pounds. I couldn't workout of course, until my doctor cleared me, but before he could, I ended up hospitalized with double pneumonia. More than once. For all 2020 after the pneumonia, my lungs went to shit and it took a while to get diagnosed, but test results finally came back and turns out I have eosinophilic asthma... I tried to work out here and there, but my lungs just weren't having it, my lips are purple more often than not these days. I figured I'd let my lung dr help me get my asthma under control then pick up working out again, but my insurance will not approve any of the medicines I need until I have been hospitalized on a vent multiple times, so I'm done waiting. It sucks. It sucked before, but it's 10x worse now with the uncontrolled asthma, but honestly, I'm going to come out of this more fit, or with an approved prescription for my asthma! So it's a win win situation for me! And hey, maybe getting more fit will help my asthma???
