How do you stop yourself from getting frustrated when your period makes your scale weight fluctuate wildly?

I KNOW that this weight is not accurate and I track my periods but the weight "gain" always starts a different number of days before my cycle so I never know exactly what is attributed to it. Technically I always know the physical signs--I breakout a lot before my cycle, and get acne everywhere. And yet, somehow, my dumb brain still gets angry at me for gaining weight even though I'm working out and following my calorie diet. When this happens I get really tense around my weight loss and think I'm doing something wrong, like sneaking in untracked cals etc. However then I get my period and the weight drops after a few days. It happens every month and yet somehow doesn't get better, EVEN though I literally know what is happening! I tried finding my average weight using happy scale, but tbh that didn't really help much. How do you guys deal with it psychologically/physically?
